At TopLabelClothing, we strive to ensure you love every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns
You can request a return within 5 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags and packaging intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items such as sale/discounted products, customized orders, and accessories may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us on Our Whatsapp Or Instagram with your order details. Once approved:

  • We will arrange a pickup .

Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed after pickup
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for size or defective items, subject to availability.
